Good evening class, I'm sorry I've not been able to send the steps as promised. I've been busy lately so the steps will be given today. Just follow me as i explain how to open pdf files in your android phone

    How to open Pdfs and E-notes in your android phone


    What you need to open pdfs

    STEP 1

     WPS OFFICE APP which you can download from google play store


    First things first to note is that
    All android phones usually comes with

    GOOGLE APPS
    You see it like this in your phone


    Step 2

    Put on your phone data and make sure you have data in your phone

    Click on it and it will spread the all the google apps
    The google app we would use is the one labelled PLAY STORE
    Click on the PLAY STORE


    Step 3

    Tap the search icon up and type in WPS OFFICE then click the search in on your keyboard


    Step 4

    The picture below will display and
    You will see an icon showing install.
    Mine is showing UPDATE because its already in my phone



    Click on it and it will download and install WPS OFFICE in your phone.

    Step 5

    Go to your phone home page or menu
    You will see the WPS OFFICE APP
    Tap to open


    Step 6

    When you open the WPS OFFICE APP you will see a Notice as shown below



    Tick the box
    Then click agree


    Now you can open and access all types of files here
    Yo open the pdf and e-notes click on the red icon displaying PDF to see all the pdfs


    You can find all the pdfs and e-notes in your phone here
    Just click on anyone you want to open.


    Whenever you tap the pdf notes sent on WhatsApp WPS will automatically open it for you.

    The Delta State University, Delta state has released its screening dates for admission into the

    university. This screening is for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates seeking for entry into tge Delta state 2020/2021 academic session. 


      Requirements For The Screening

      1. UTME Candidates must choose Delta state university, Abraka as its first choice of institution
      2. UTME Candidate must score 170 and above before being applicable for 2020/2021 DELSU admission screening
      3. All Direct entry candidates should choose DELSU as its first choice and apply for the Admission screening
      DELSU 2020/2021 admission


      Opening and Closing dates

      The DELSU 2020/2021 admission application starts on thursday, 9th of July 2020

      Application closes on 6.00 pm Tuesday, 1st of September 2020

      Note that this application is online that is candidates are to apply for the DELSU Admission screening exercise online through the delsu site at www.portal.delsu.edu.ng

      to generate a virtual PIN with two thousand naira only (N2,000.00). Payment should be made to any of the following banks.

      HOW TO GENERATE VITUAL PIN

      1. Visit www.portal.delsu.edu.ng
      2.  Click Apply for Admission
      3.  Click Start
      4. Select screening exercise
      5.  Click Apply
      6.  Complete the form with valid JAMB Registration Number
      7.  Submit the form and generate PIN
      8. Print out the PIN generated
      9. Visit any of the specified banks for payment or Pay online
      10.  After payment return to www.portal.delsu.edu.ng to print acknowledgement slip.
       
      Note that:
      1. Candidates are advised to use the virtual PIN immediately for payment, as it will become invalid six (6) hours after generation.
      2. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the front page of the website before completing the form.
      3. Candidates must enter a valid mobile phone number and e-mail address with which the University will communicate with them on dates of screening and venue.

        Nigerian tiers of education

        The Nigerian educational system is divided into the 6-3-3-4 system where
        6    years is for primary education
        3    years junior Secondary education (Jss 1 – Jss 3) where students upon completion obtain their BECE Certificate
        3    years for senior secondary education (Ss 1 – Ss 3) where students upon completion can obtain their SSCE certificate (O' level)  result
        4.    A minimum of 4 years for tertiary education where students can obtain a degree in their desired choice of study in any recognized tertiary Institution in Nigeria.
        The tertiary Institution in Nigeria is broadly divided into University,  Polytechnic and College of Education. 
         So in this post we are talking of only the recognized  college of Education, in Nigeria.


        NUC - Nigerian University Commission

        The NUC means Nigeria University  Commission.  It is a national body that checks and commissions the tertiary Institutions in Nigeria.  Any Tertiary Institution that is not recognized and accredited by the NUC is said to not be a valid tertiary institution with the right to issue a degree certificate.  So it is thereby advised that students should only attend the Recognized tertiary Institutions that have been accredited by the NUC.  Also some tertiary institutions can also lose its accreditation that is if it no longer meets the requirements of the NUC.  Therefore students should always  check for a schools Accreditation before going to attend the school


        College of education in Nigeria

        Most of us hear of college of education and of it as a university. Capital NO!,, It in not a university but a tertiary institution in Nigeria . In Nigeria we have tertiary institutions which offers distinct certificate to their graduands like I said before.

        College of education is the third tier of tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The first is the university and the second is polytechnics, each awarding distinct certificate to students upon graduation.
        What degree does college of education issue?
        Every college of education in Nigeria awards the NCE (Nigerian certificate of Education) to their students upon graduation. Those with this result are usually referred to as teaches who can teach in both secondary and primary schools.


        Federal College of Education In Nigeria Accredited by NUC

        Federal College Of Education (Technical), Asaba
        The Federal College of Education Technical, Asaba was established by Decree No 4 1986 published in an extra-ordinary gazette No. 16, vol. 73 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The decree was emended by decree No. 6 of 1993. The College commenced operation in September 1987 at the present temporary site which hou8sed the defunct Asaba Technical College, Asaba. The Permanent site of the College is along Ibusa Road, Asaba. The school of Business Education, Technical Education and Vocational Education have already moved to the permanent site of the college. The Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba is inviting suitably qualified candidates who scored 100 and above in the 2019/2020 UTME for NCE full- time Admission.         Federal College of Education, Kano

        The Federal College of Education (formerly ATC/ABU) Kano, started from a very humble beginning in 1961 as Kano Men's Training College at the Native/Authority loaned premises of Gwale Senior Primary School before it moved to its permanent site in 1965. The college was established through the joint efforts of the United State Agency for International Aid (USAID) and the Ministry of Education of the then Northern Region under the distinguished leadership of Late Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sardauna of Sakkwato.

        Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo

        The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo was established on 5th October, 1977 as Federal Advanced Teacher's college (Special). The institution, according to a UNDP/UNESCO 1996 report (NIR/87/008) "... Has the best qualified Staff in Special Education not only in Nigeria but in West, North, East and Central Africa." The College is the only one of its kind in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. It has the largest conglomeration of handicapped students that could be found in any Higher institution in Nigeria and the largest concentration of specialized facilities for teaching and training of teachers of the Handicapped in Nigeria.

        Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu

        In 1981, the then Anambra State of Nigeria established the College of Education, Eha-Amufu by the law cited as the “College of Education, Eha-Amufu Law 1982 deemed to have come into operation on the 21st February, 1981. After the announcement of the establishment f the College of Education, Eha-Amufu by the Governor with effect from 21st February, 1981, a temporary office with skeletal staff was opened at an office around the then Anambra Television (ATV) Independence Layout, Enugu. On 7th August, 1981, the then Anambra State Commissioner for Education and the then Permanent Secretary to the Ministry took the newly appointed Provost and the then Registrar to the present site of the College at Eha-Amufu, about 64 kilometres northeast of Enugu, the Enugu State Capital. The site was formerly occupied by the Federal Government-owned Teacher Training College, (TTC), Eha-Amufu. The Federal Government took over the College in April, 1993 with financial effect from January, 1994. Decree No. 4 of 1986 as amended by Decree No. 34 of 1993 and Decree No. 6 of 1993 established the Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu. These laws provided for all the structures established under the 1982 Anambra State Legislation.
